From 19st 1 1/2lb to 16st..............ish in 111 days!
My oh my....
....Eddie is a BIG Boy....
....but getting smaller day by day....
....already 10lb less....
....and more than £10 saved on chocolate, crisps and bacon butties etc....
....eating fruit like a Gorilla though....
....Allen Carr helped me stop smoking too....
....Yup, the Easy Way....
....KEEPING WELL AWAY FROM THIS BOOK THOUGH....
....There is more to life than quitting, and I aint a quitter!....

Prototype Gimbal Cooker TAKE 1 with video!!!!
This is my 1st "working" prototype....
....it's made from industrial pipe clips....
....for a 1st attempt, it's pretty good....
....more work required though....
....I need a vice, what a time to give up smoking!
....getting fit for this expedition....
